What is the GLD confirmation number?
Immediately after placing your order we will send an email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a 5-digit number you can use to reference your order. In the event you need to make a return/exchange, or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.
How long does it take for shipping?
USPS Priority Mail is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 4-8 business days. Expedited Shipping is also available, and your preferred expedited method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after the completion of your purchase for order confirmation to generate. Also, please be aware GLD’s shipping facility is closed on weekends.
For international orders you can select either of the following options:
1.) DHL Express (Recommended) which will arrive in 2-5 business days (Tracking and insurance provided)
2.) USPS International Priority (6-18 days Tracking provided until package leaves U.S. only and Insurance must be purchased separately). USPS shipments come with the package's customs number indicating when the package leaves the United States. *USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entering international countries, so please understand your country's import laws before using USPS*
GLD ships to Military and Diplomatic Addresses (APO & AFO) free of charge. Orders to these addresses, however, cannot be expedited. They will arrive in 4-8 business days - standard delivery.
*Please note that all solid gold, diamond, or custom orders are made to order. These orders may take 10-15 business days to process due to each piece being individually made and inspected for quality assurance. They will be shipped via registered delivery and will include full insurance.*
What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
Taylor Gang accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via telephone at 855-809-0531, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or via our customer support chat line. Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Some Solid Gold items may be subject to exchange. Please contact our customer support team if your Solid Gold item is eligible for exchange. Apparel is returnable within 14 days of purchase, if it is in unworn condition with the tags attached.
